What is your favourite bar and why?

I am off to Benidorm for a girlie holiday in July. I have never been before and was wondering if anyone had any suggestion which bars are good and why?

I have been to Benidorm on numerous occasions with the family, but a word of warning, the first time i went was in September 1980, Where a met someone "a holiday romance, a bit of a laugh" It never works out they said! next March it is our 25th wedding anniversery (I don't say silver wedding it makes me feel old at 47), you will have a great time as you can see we've been going for 28 years and still enjoy it as there's something for every generation any body who say it's like Blackpool should be taken outside and shoot at dawn.

Go to the yellow brick road first theres a few good bars there then later on into the night head to the square, theres a good selection of clubs and bars. Cafe B (Benidorm) is a good one they play a good mixture of music and its a fun night. Its open till really late. A lot of bars will offer you free shots to get you in. Have them it gives you a chance to eye the places up and if you like them you can stay there. Have Fun and dont forget to go and see Sticky Vicky!!Kazz

hiya the easiest way to tell you where the yellow brick road is,i have stayed in the rio park hotel on many accassions and when you come out of the main entrance you turn left onto a path carry on walking cross over the road straight ahead of you and that my friend is basically the starting of it you then just simply (follow the yellow brick road, follow the yellow brick road)each time you cross over the road there are different shops and bars to see and visit,at the end of each path before crossing over to the next if you want to explore abit you can either turn left or right into the street to venture on to more bars and shops if you dont just keep on crossing over.hope you enjoy it when visit next. p.s please dont be looking for a path of bricks painted in yellow because there really aint no yellow.

i go to benidorm as many times as i can,it is fab out there so much to do and see, the bars are many too many to mention here, there are some great karaoke bars where everyone is up for a laugh, woudn't hang around the square though can get a bit rough late at night and of course beware of the gypsies they work in pairs mostly so be vigilant but dont let it spoil hols have a great time

I really liked Rocky's. there was some line dancing going on when I was there which was fab to watch (and after a few you tend to get involved, or I did and span the wrong way every time). It did smell a bit funny though.
You have to see Sticky Vicky if just to say you have. You'll need a strong constitution though and a good numebr of drinks as even the boys we went with felt a bit queezy watching in it.

Try the queens hotel in the old town, it`s run by levi and graham.Three or four times a week , Levi is a drag queen and is really funny, and graham his partner has a really good voice, and the food is exellent, try the restaurant up stairs. Plus a wide range of bars in the lavente area, if you go to the English square watch your purse. There`s a comedian can`t remember is name but he as a puppet monkey on his posters go and see him what a laugh.

Hi there,i have been going to benidorm since i was fifteen,i go with the girls every march for a week. The best bars are the talk of the coast but you have to get in very early,it does get very busy.Rockys bar if you like kareoke,Stardust bar,if you like soul and motown, there is a good act on late, they are called timeless.Valentines bar, that is open while late. There is also the famous black chicken which is just kareoke, you do have to be in early but it is a very good night. These bars are always full as they have on singers and commediens, there is also a bar called the polladium bar, very good night in therer.
