I have seen a few myself, We stayed at the EL Raco lovely caravan park close to Benidorm Palace in the rincon area near Levante Beach the weathers great the people friendly and u can get english food in the supermarkets they cater well for all nationalities in the way of food its great.
i would live there any day I hope to live there when i get my pension, It is cheaper living in spain in every way plus you feel better with the warmer weather.

Thanks Maggie, Did you hire, if so who with and was it reasonable? I would like to rent one for a couple of months to see what it is like to live there before buying. Any info appreciated.

which company did you use to hire caravan. we are thinking of moving to benidorm but i would like a long stay in a caravan there before i decide.

hi, sorry never been in a caravan! but most of the english staff in the bars ie new yorker, why not to, and the cumberland all kareoke bars either live in them or have done all of them will tell you which is best and you will get the right price 1st time, the owner of the black chicken and the why not to bars is called big billy "a gentleman" he sits at the end of the bar he has a pony tail and a beard he will stear you in the right direction
you can also read the free local paper ROUNDTOWN they are very helpfull their office is 5/10 mins walk up from the indoor market towards the caravan sites/ benidorm palace ON THE RIGTHAND SIDE before the big supermarket
