We have just returned from Nice.It was extremely hot and humid.But we feel we must comment on the Hotel which we booked through Alpharooms.The Hotel Locarno has a three star rating and looks very nice from the outside,once past the facsade the truth comes to light.The rooms are in a very poor state of deco,no kettle(we had to go out and buy one) no draws to put your things in, electric sockets that did not work, a hole in the floor,big stains on the carpet, 3 coat hangers and to top it all prostitutes outside the door every night.Alpharooms PLEASE TAKE THIS HOTEL OFF YOUR LIST or down grade it's star rating.
