I've worked in the music business for most of my life but I'm also an electronics engineer and I knowd how to make computers work. I have a wonderful guide dog.

Favourite Travel Destinations and Why:: I love Norway for the Aurora Borealis and for hearing whale song with my friends at Ocean Sounds. I love Spain, South Africa and Chile for their vineyards and wines.

My Next Holiday:: As a student of piano design and technoloogy I want to make a pilgrimate to see the three remaining Cristofori pianos left in the workd - at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art, Leipzig's University and Rome's National Institute of Music.

Aurora Borealis

I have always wanted to see the Northern Lights so at New Year I decided to go. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we wanted to celebrate in style. We also wanted to take my eye surgeon's advice: he had told me to make a list of all the things I want to see in the world and to go and see them before my sight - never very good and now deteriorationg - deserted me completely.
